The automatic checkweigher is a kind of automatic weighing equipment that is now widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other industries. The checkweigher machine can accurately detect the weight of the individual products and identify those unqualified ones in the production line in real-time. After the unqualified ones are spotted, the check weigher will then perform the control of up and down line discrimination or automatic weight sorting and controlling.
Normally, the speed of the feed conveyor is needed to be set before the working of an automatic checkweigher (It should be noted that only one product can be placed on the weighing platform during the working process of the check weigher, so that the weighing result can be accurate). When the object passes through the weighing platform, pressure will be applied to the sensor, which causes the impedance to change and sends out an excitation voltage to output a changing analog signal. The signal will then be amplified by the amplifier circuit and then be converted into a digital signal for easy processing and transmitted to the CPU operation control. And the CPU will process the signal and display the result. Aiming to dynamically weigh and count the quantity of products so as to prevent defective products from leaving the factory, the checkweigher system is generally installed at the end of production lines.
